Terms & Conditions — The Community Membership

Welcome to The Community — a digital membership experience hosted by Dante Amato (“Dante Amato”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully, as they govern your purchase, access, and participation in The Community, including any materials, content, or coaching provided through our online portal, website, and communication channels (collectively, “Services”).

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “member”) and Dante Amato.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in The Community, accessing the membership portal, or participating in any associated workshops, coaching calls, or online discussions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You must be 18 years or older to join The Community and must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Membership Tiers and Access

The Community offers two membership tiers:

Mentorship Tier – Access to group mentoring, workshops, and resources.
Inner Circle Tier – Includes everything in Mentorship, plus intimate group calls, private chat access, and VIP event benefits.

Each membership provides access for six (6) months from the activation date specified at the time of purchase. Access includes all content and resources released during your membership period.

You are responsible for ensuring your login details and contact information remain accurate. Access may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Payment and Billing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You agree to pay the total investment associated with your chosen tier:

Mentorship Tier: $2,000 AUD (or $333/month for 6 months)

Inner Circle Tier: $5,000 AUD (or $835/month for 6 months)

Event-exclusive offers or promotions (such as the 40% On Purpose event discount) are time-limited and non-repeatable.

If paying in instalments, payments will be automatically deducted monthly from your nominated card or account. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.

All payments are final and non-refundable. You agree to complete all payments as per your selected plan, even if you choose not to participate for the full duration of your membership.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital and experiential nature of The Community, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers are permitted once access has been granted.

You acknowledge that results are dependent on your personal participation, effort, and implementation, and therefore outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule events, workshops, or calls if necessary. In the unlikely event that The Community is cancelled in its entirety, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Behaviour, Confidentiality & Community Conduct

The Community is a safe and supportive environment.
By joining, you agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of all shared member information and discussions.

Participate respectfully and avoid discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behaviour.

Not record, share, or reproduce any part of live sessions or materials.

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines or acts in a way that compromises the integrity or safety of the community. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and frameworks provided within The Community, including The 5 Pillars™, The Soul Map™, and associated teachings, are the exclusive intellectual property of Dante Amato Coaching.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal purposes only.
You must not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

7. Digital Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive login access to The Community portal and supporting resources.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorised access or misuse.

8. Disclaimers

The content provided within The Community is for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice.

While every effort is made to provide accurate, high-quality information, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or results.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions, wellbeing, and decisions during and after participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dante Amato Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from your participation in The Community or use of its content.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your membership.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these Terms, share materials without authorisation, or engage in behaviour deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.

In such cases, your access will be revoked immediately and no refunds will be provided.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By participating in The Community, you consent to receive communications from us relating to your membership, events, and updates.

12. Testimonials and Marketing

By joining The Community, you consent to us using anonymised testimonials, screenshots, or feedback for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

We respect your confidentiality and will not share personal details without explicit permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve the matter. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
