Our Melbourne dinner will be held at Winston’s - a warm, candle-lit space known for long tables, beautiful food, and the kind of atmosphere where conversation naturally flows.
Set in my hometown, this evening feels especially close to my heart. Winston’s holds exactly the kind of energy this experience was created for; intimate, grounded, generous, and deeply human.
We’ll gather around long tables, share a beautifully curated feast, and move through the evening with intention, ease, and meaningful conversation.

Our Brisbane dinner will be held at Bianca, one of James Street’s most iconic Italian restaurants — vibrant, elevated, and full of life.
Set within Bianca’s private balcony dining room, the evening will unfold in a beautiful oasis above the colour and energy of James Street below. Warm lighting, long tables, and shared food create the perfect backdrop for connection that feels both grounded and expansive.
We’ll gather over a shared Italian-style feast, intentional conversation, and the kind of atmosphere that invites you to slow down, open up, and simply enjoy being in the room.

Our Gold Coast dinner will be held at the iconic Kirra Beach House, in its exclusive private dining room overlooking the ocean.
Set right on the beachfront, this evening will unfold in a space that feels both relaxed and refined, where the rhythm of the ocean meets candle-lit tables, shared food, and meaningful conversation. It’s the kind of setting that invites you to exhale, arrive fully, and settle into connection.
We’ll gather around long tables, share a beautifully curated feast, and move through the evening with intention, ease, and presence, grounded by the sea and held in a space designed for depth and warmth.
